Premium rustic apartment set over two levels, with an approximate surface of 90 m² including its spacious private terraces. Ideal for two people, although it also features a sofa bed for families with children.On the main floor, there is a bright living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light. The space combines traditional materials with warm lighting throughout.On the upper floor is the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to two terraces, perfect for enjoying sunrises and the natural surroundings.The apartment is equipped with 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating, and offers spectacular views over the entire estate and the Sierra de Tramuntana.

Our largest apartment, measuring approximately 68 square meters, is ideal for families or groups of 4 friends. It has two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One has two single beds (1.90 x 1.00) and the other has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90). Both bedrooms are quite spacious and bright, featuring white tones and rustic wood accents. Each bedroom is independent and attached to the other. It also has a spacious living-dining room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. It has a TV and Wi-Fi in the apartment and on the terrace. From the porch, you can see the countryside and orchard. From the bedroom, you can see a beautiful holm oak grove where you are woken up to the sounds of birds every morning.

Two-story apartment of 48 square meters with a private porch, perfect for a couple or a family with children. The first floor has a sofa bed, and the lower level (semi-basement) has a bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 meter double bed.Decorated in earth tones and white, it features a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the first floor.It includes a TV, Wi-Fi in the apartment and on the terrace, and spectacular views from the porch, a unique feature of the apartment. The apartment is located directly across from the pool.
